GFIT – Gymnastics Fitness
Purpose
To introduce and integrate a broad-based gymnastics curriculum across a wide range of modalities.
The GFIT Foundation
Through a full scope of gymnastics event-specific training, as well as fundamental positioning and core skill development, athletes develop technically sound basic gymnastics proficiency. All progressions directly transfer to gymnastics based movements and will markedly improve athletes’ ability to perform complex movements in all discliplines.
